§ Mr. WigleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish a table showing how much new money was made available to the Welsh Office in each of the past five years on the basis of the allocation formula used by the Treasury; what was that formula; and what effect the formula had against the calculation on the basis of the latest estimate of the population of Wales to that of England; and what is his estimate of the effect on the difference between these formulae for allocation.
