§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy if he will give his most up-to-date estimate of the number of households in England and Wales, whose properties have been draught-proofed or otherwise insulated under the home energy efficiency scheme in each quarterly or six monthly period since its inception.
§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryDuring the first six months of operation, claims were received in respect of some 70,000 insulation jobs under the home energy efficiency scheme. Of these, some 58,000 jobs in respect of 49,000 households were in England and Wales.
