To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) if he will introduce legislation to outlaw trading in dog and cat skins within the United Kingdom;

(b) if he will seek from Yorkshire television, a video of their evidence on dog and cat skin trading within the United Kingdom; and if he will make a statement.
