Mr. Leighton

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) how many construction trainees from Poplar baths went on to be employed by Olympia and York;

(2) how many construction trainees from the Tower Hamlets construction training centre went on to be employed by Olympia and York.

I understand that so far 248 trainees at the centre have successfuly completed courses and 277 trainees have gained employment. A total of 141 went to work at Olympia and York's Canary Wharf site.
