To ask the Minister for the Arts if he has any plans to hold discussions with the leaders of the London borough councils concerning the promotion of the arts in London; and if he will make a statement.

[holding answer 22 July 1991]: I shall be meeting representatives of the Association of London Authorities on 25 July. I have extended a similar invitation to the London Boroughs' Association.
