§ Mr. DorrellI have made no official statements in the House about non-haemophiliacs infected from the HIV virus as a result of blood transfusions since 16 June 1991. I have given several interviews to the media in which I have confirmed the Government's view that it would be inappropriate to make exceptional provision for the blood transfusion cases.
