Motorway Bridge Numbering

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what progress has been made with the motorway bridge numbering scheme.

Mr. Chope

Instructions to begin implementing the motorway bridge numbering scheme will be issued to the Department's regional offices and agent authorities by the early autumn. The work should be completed in two to three years.
