To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what was learned from the Le Quesne inquiry into Barlow Clowes about the use made by Barlow Clowes of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International and about the proprieties of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International's role in that case.
