§ Mr. PortilloThe hearing of appeals is a matter for the valuation and community charge tribunals, which are statutory independent. However, I expect the tribunals to determine by 1 April 1994 the bulk of appeals lodged in the financial year 1990–91 against the 1990 rating list.
