To ask the Attorney-General what arrangements he intends to make to ensure the survival of the Belfast duty solicitor scheme.

§ The Attorney-General
The Belfast duty solicitor scheme is a voluntary scheme established and administered by the Council of the Law Society for Northern Ireland. The continued running of the scheme is, therefore, a matter for that body.
