To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in which counties restrictions on pigs are in force due to blue ear disease; which counties were included in his chief veterinary officer's notification of the disease to the EC under Commission decision 91/237/EEC dated 1 July 1991; and if he will make a statement.
