Whether the Charity Commissioners are in the course of establishing, under Section 21 of the Charities Act 1960, a scheme for the administration of the charity relating to Upton Grey School in Hampshire; whether they have failed to acknowledge or reply to letters and representations duly made to them under that section; and whether they propose to ignore those representations and not take them into account.
Earl FerrersThe Charity Commissioners are in the course of making a scheme under the Charities Act 1960 for the charity to which the noble Lord refers. Any representations which are received by the Commissioners in respect of this scheme will be given careful consideration before any action is taken to seal it.
