What plans they have for the training of diplomats from Central and Eastern Europe.
The Earl of CaithnessFollowing a recent competitive tender we are pleased to announce that in the autumn the Institute of International Studies at Leeds University will run a course, (directed by Professor David Dilks and Dr. John Hemery), to improve the skills of over 50 diplomats from a number of Central and Eastern European countries. This is a further example of the use of the Know How Fund to help the process of radical change in the civil services of these newly democratised countries.
