§ Mrs. ChalkerBritish aid for Afghan refugees in Pakistan, and for humanitarian and development needs within Afghanistan, is provided through the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the International Committee of the Red Cross and non-governmental organisations. Amounts provided in 1989 and 1990 are set out in the table. No decisions have yet been made on allocations for 1991.
