§ Mr. ScottThe Independent Living Fund was established in June 1988. Expenditure published by the Fund in their annual reports was £1.35 million in 1988–89 and £10.08 million in 1989–90. Provision for 1990–91 is £32 million. Information on the cost of awards in Scotland is not available. However, around 9 per cent. of the fund's beneficiaries live in Scotland.
