Whether the use of a photograph of the Prime Minister to advertise the Alliance and Leicester Building Society's TESSA account has his approval.

Prime Ministers have followed the practice of neither giving nor withholding permission for the use of their photographs in publicity material. Those responsible for originating such material must take responsibility for it.
