Mr. Corbyn

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will give details for each year from 1980 to 1990 of the number of people applying for entry clearance certificates both for a temporary visit and for permanent settlement at British High Commissions in(a) Jamaica, (b) Barbados, (c) Trinidad and Tobago and (d) Guyana and the numbers refused a certificate.
