§ Mr. Peter LloydThe working group's report has been discussed by senior officials of the Home Office, the Lord Chancellor's Department and the Crown prosecution service. My right hon. Friend the Home Secretary, my noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor and my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General will shortly be considering their proposals as to how the recommendations contained in that report should be taken forward.
