Mr. Morgan

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will make a statement on the future ownership of land and buildings belonging to the hospital service in Wales and the principles for buying and selling surplus property and the application of the proceeds;

(2) what policy considerations have led him to review the arrangements for overseeing the buying and selling of surplus land and buildings forming part of the national health service estate in Wales;

(3) whether he has any proposals to set up a new non-departmental government body to oversee the buying and selling of surplus land and buildings owned by the national health service in Wales.
