To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security who will be the medical members on the proposed new disability appeals tribunals.

Mr. Scott

The medical members on the proposed new disability appeal tribunals will be drawn from a panel of medical practitioners appointed by the president of the social security and medical appeal and disability appeal tribunals.
