§ Mr. Allan Stewart[holding answer 15 January 1991]: Regional and islands councils are required to provide 539W information of the kind requested, together with information on relief paid to former ratepayers who receive relief automatically, in their claims for reimbursement to the Department. No such claim has yet been received from Strathclyde and the information requested is therefore not yet available centrally.
