§ Mr. Barry JonesTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make a statement concerning the future of the small firms counselling service in(a) the county of Clwyd and (b) Wales; and how many small firms counsellors there are in Wales.
§ Sir Wyn RobertsResponsibility for the small firms service will transfer to the Training and Enterprise councils in Wales on 1 April. The service in Clwyd will be the responsibility of the North East Wales and North West Wales TECs. There are currently 40 small firms counsellors in Wales.
