Which parishes will benefit from the extension to the less favoured areas in the United Kingdom recently agreed by the EC Commission as provided for in Directive 75/268/EEC.

The Commission has now agreed to an extension to the less favoured areas in the United Kingdom. The agreed extension includes land in the following parishes in England, Wales and Scotland.

England

DEVON: Ashton, Black Torrington, Chudleigh, Drewsteignton, Doddiscombleigh, Dunsford, Dunchideock, East Anstey, East Buckland, Exbourne, Hatherleigh, Highampton, Jacobstowe, Kenn, North Molton, Romansleigh, Sampford Courteney, South Molton, Trusham, West Buckland;

HEREFORD/WORCESTER: Abbey Dore, Bacton, Dulas, Garway, Llancilo, Longtown, Orcop, Rowlstone, Walterstone;

NORTHUMBERLAND: Belsay, Brinkburn, Broomley and Stocksfield, Capheaton, Chollerton, Denwick, Ford, Haydon, Healey, Hedgeley, Kirkwhelpington, Matfen, Newton on the Moor, Shilbottle, Whittington;
