§ Mr. DorrellStaff transferring from health authority to trust employment retain all their contractual and related rights on transfer. They continue to be subject to nationally negotiated agreements unless or until their contracts are changed to exclude this. The Government560W announced on 31 January 1991 that they had accepted in full the recommendations of the independent pay review body for nursing, midwifery and health visiting staff. Nursing staff transferring to NHS trusts and retaining their existing terms and conditions of employment will receive this award, the first stage of which is payable from 1 April 1991.
