To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many claims under section 122 of the Employment Protection Consolidation Act 1978 are outstanding for (i) Stoke-on-Trent, North and (ii) W. H. Grindley and Co. Ltd., Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent.
