Awards are made from the year's budget in which they are paid, not the budget for the date of application.
§ Mr. Harry BarnesTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how many of those in receipt of income support are having deductions made to the repayment of social fund loans; and what is the average level of repayments by quintile to each of his Department's offices in Derbyshire.
