§ Mr. DorrellMy noble Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Health has raised this matter with our EC partners on a number of occasions. She will do so again with the Luxembourg Minister of Health when he visits London today. Ministers at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food have also raised the United Kingdom's concern about the tobacco regime with other EC Agriculture Ministers.
