§ Mr. YeoThe London residuary body is preparing to dispose of county hall at the earliest convenient opportunity. The suggested use would not be consistent with the discharge of LRB's statutory duty to dispose of surplus property. A total of 700 places in emergency shelters are available for rough sleepers in London and will remain open while the very cold weather continues. Most of the shelters have been full, but some still have free spaces for rough sleepers to use.
