To ask the Secretary of State for Health what status residential accommodation in hospitals used by NHS staff will have once Crown immunity is lifted from NHS property on 1 April.

From 1 April all lettings of National Health Service staff residential accommodation will be subject to the relevant housing legislation. Staff who already occupy NHS residential accommodation will be offered new tenancy or licence agreements as appropriate.
