§ Mr. Yeo[pursuant to his reply, 30 January 1991 c. 538]: Approximately 3 per cent. of housing association completions of new dwellings in England reported to my Department in the year ending September 1990 were dwellings for the chronically sick and disabled, built to mobility standards. A further 0.5 per cent. were dwellings for the chronically sick and disabled built to wheelchair standards.
