§ Mr. JanmanTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Romsey and Waterside (Mr. Colvin) on 21 January 1991 at column87, on refuse-derived fuel, what specific considerations he has given, to date, on any derogation to be sought under this power; what considerations and consolidations he will be giving to specific derogation once the power to derogate has been sought; and how long after the power to derogate has been sought, he expects specific derogations to be in force;
(2) pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Romsey and Waterside (Mr. Colvin) on 21 January 1991 at column 87, if the power to derogate for plant burning refuse-derived fuel will be exercised.
