§ Mr. Chope[holding answer 5 February 1991]: As indicated during my right hon. and learned Friend's meeting with the hon. Member on 4 February, the safety of the north Devon link road and its junctions is kept under continuing review and, as part of this process, lighting is to be installed at Landkey junction near Barnstaple.
