To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when he intends to implement proposals in line with EEC guidelines, following the decision by the Council of Ministers in December 1990, to increase the advance for decommissioning schemes.

The Government have no plans to introduce a decommissioning scheme.
