Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer, about the package agreed between the Government and mortgage lenders to tackle mortgage repossessions, explained that mortgage lenders would be providing the 361W resources for housing associations to acquire mortgaged properties at risk of repossession. We and Housing for Wales are having discussions with mortgage lenders in Wales about the implementation of their scheme.
