§ Mr. Garel-JonesDetailed plans for the United Kingdom presidency will be made nearer the time in the light of progress during the Portuguese presidency. Among the issues likely to be at the top of the United Kingdom's agenda are completion of a liberal single market by the end of 1992 and preparations for the future enlargement of the Community. There will be a number of events connected with our presidency including a European organ festival in Bolton.
