§ Mr. McLoughlinI have no present plans to do so. The Commission has taken a decision on certain fares which the CAA judged to be too high and which we accordingly referred to the Commission under the current EC Air Fares Regulation. The Commission appears to have agreed with us, at least to some extent. But the decision has not yet been received, and we shall need, in conjunction with the CAA, to study it carefully once we have it.
