Case 337/89 concerns various aspects relating to the implementation of directive 80/778/EEC on the quality of water for human consumption.Case 56/90 concerns implementation of directive 76/160/EEC on the quality of bathing water at Blackpool, Southport and Formby.The court has not yet issued a judgment in either case.
