§ Mr. KeyThe Leeds-Bradford city action team is the responsibility of the Secretary of State for the Environment. The team has a full-time secretariat of six drawn from three Government Departments. Regional directors, as CAT members, also contribute significantly towards projects and partnerships, as do their various staff employed on Departmental programmes relevant to Bradford. Bradford task force, with a staff of six, is the responsibility of the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.
