§ Mr. RentonI announced on 7 November details of the Government's support for the arts for the three years commencing 1992–93. The Arts Council has since announced its detailed allocations for 1992–93, and my hon. Friend will have noted with pleasure its decision to increase the funding of Southern Arts, the regional arts board which covers his constituency, by a very handsome 20.9 per cent.
