To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many fishing boats in the United Kingdom failed to pay light dues in 1990.

[holding answer Friday 26 April 1991]: These figures are not available for the calendar year 1990. Payments of light dues for which they are liable have not yet been made in respect of about 450 fishing vessels for the year beginning 1 April 1990.
