§ Mr. BellinghamTo ask the Attorney-General when the Lord Chancellor intends to publish for consultation his proposals for regulations on the competence and conduct 25W of authorised practitioners, the new class of conveyancer, to be made under section 40 of the Courts and Legal Service Act 1990.
