To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will consider increasing the level of aid and trade provision for the current 12 months.

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what was the actual level of aid and trade provision for each of the past five years and the official forecast for the next two years in monetary terms and as a percentage of total aid.
