§ Mr. MaplesThe latest available information can be obtained from the following publications:
(a) rates of inflation
Separate tables showing consumer price indices are given in both countries in "Main Economic Indicators Historical Statistics 1969–1988" and in part I (indicators by subject) in the monthly "Main Economic Indicators" both published by OECD. (b) growth in gross domestic product and (c) growth in gross domestic product less oil.592WPart III (appendix) in "Main Economic Indicators" published monthly by OECD gives GDP for both countries. Data on a comparable basis are not available for gross domestic product excluding oil.(d) manufacturing output
Industrial Trends Theme 4 Series B" published monthly by Eurostat contains the latest data for both countries.(e) employment
Information on occupied population is given in table 0 in "National Accounts ESA Aggregates 1970–1988 Theme 2 Series C" published by Eurostat.(f) real average earnings for the whole economy and (g) real average earnings for manual workers.Information on compensation of employees which includes all payments in cash and in kind made by employers in remuneration for the work done by their employees is given in Table J in "National Accounts ESA Aggregates 1970–1988 Theme 2 Series C" published by "Eurostat".
