§ Mr. RedwoodUnder the Fair Trading Act 1973 it may in certain circumstances be possible to make a monopoly reference to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission of 481W services provided by marina owners. I have no plans at present to amend the Fair Trading Act to include special provisions relating to marinas.
