§ Mr. MacGregorFollowing the agreement of the House of Commons Commission on 25 March, free direct dialling from the Palace of Westminster to the Council of Europe and the Western European Union is now possible. Guidance issued to Members by the Serjeant at Arms includes details of the transmission of facsimile messages under these new arrangements.
