§ Mr. Kenneth BakerExcept in the case of homicides, no information is collected centrally on convictions of parents444W for offences against their children. I understand that for Northumberland police force area there were two homicides of children in 1988 and one in 1989 which resulted in convictions of their parents for manslaughter.
