§ Mr. DorrellRegional health authorities have incurred only minimal treatment costs, but did incur costs making preparations to treat casualties. Provisional cash limit adjustments were made at the end of 1990–91 based on regions' estimates of their expenditure and are given in the table. Adjustments cannot be finalised until the Department has received and validated final figures.
