§ Mr. StrawTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish a table for England and for each region in England, giving actual expenditure on prison education departments, and expenditure required by these departments, for each year from 1986–87 to 1990–91, and their plans for 1991–92, and 1992–93, in current prices, in constant prices, and an index of constant price expenditure where 1986–87 = 100.
