§ Mr. McLoughlinThe control totals for highway maintenance and all other services provided for 1991–92 in the Revenue Support Grant Distribution Report (England) as amended by the Revenue Support Grant Distribution (Amendment) Report (England) take account of the clarification of responsibility for street-cleaning for non-highway purposes brought about by the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
