§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonInformation about costs of feu duty redemption is not held centrally. Before considering whether any legislation on this question is desirable, my right hon. Friend proposes to await the recommendations of the Scottish Law Commission on completion of its current major review of property law in Scotland.
